You should add the remainder of the leftover experience to the bar, I noticed as your exp incremented with 15 but when you leveled up the 5 wouldn’t be added, it would reset back down to 0 exp…
Thats what an XP bar is supposed to do… it resets your experience points back to zero after leveling up…
Yeah I know but when you incremented it by 15 and leveled up the bar should have said 5 xp, not 0 because 5 was the leftover exp, when you got 90 exp at level 1 and incremented the exp by 15 you went to level 2 but lost the leftover 5 exp whilst the 10 exp got you to level 2

Well unfortunately thats how I setup the level formula, and I dont think players will really notice anyways, but thanks for the feedback
Pretty basic and it looks like a good start!
Wanted to add on to the conversation above, not everything will be increments of 15 so if I’m like 5 exp off and I get 9999 exp, that amount of exp gets wasted.

Ohhhhhh, I get what you both are saying now, so basically reset there exp back to zero + the remainder of what they had before the level up so something like this?

Yes, that is what we mean. How it adds the remaining exp after leveling up.

Overall great simple design! yet i would make the GUI skinner like a long stick at the bottom, left , right or even the top whichever you like!
