Yes, yet another one of these ban posts, sorry for adding to it all. My experience recently got locked after seemingly no prior violations due to “Misusing Roblox Systems,” as the title says. In my experience I’ve filed an appeal already once but it’s been automatically denied in an hour because “the experience still violates the rules.”
My dilemma is basically that Roblox locks the experience and prevents anyone from accessing it in Studio, let alone publishing to it, so my dev team can’t really push a fix to it to get the situation resolved. I try to tell this in the appeal form but I imagine the bot that looks into it doesn’t believe me because it detects the game hasn’t changed.
Trying to file a support ticket on the form through “Appeal a Decision” just results in a boilerplate post about the game only being appealable through Violations & Appeals.
I was wondering, not if anyone else has had similar issues (seems there’s some sort of ban wave going on?) but if there’s been a method to publish the fix we’ve been trying to push, or if there’s some other way to take care of this issue, because it’s difficult to fix our game to become compliant if Roblox won’t let any of us access the game in the first place without the appeal succeeding.
