Experience not available for certain users.

Hi! Is this a known and ongoing issue? A few users have encountered it, while it works fine for others, and we all have the same permissions.
In the past, the problem has resolved itself, but could you please take a look?

It looks like you didn’t give the game an age rating, I would recommend setting that up and see if it changes anything.

I also had a problem similar to this before, and the issue was that I was using “save to roblox” instead of “publish to roblox” when saving/updating my game.

If it’s not that, however, it could also be that you have certain device’s access disabled. You can change that in game settings in studio.

Hmm you’re still seeing it as unplayable on the Experience Details Page with this response?

This response indicates that it should be playable.

Yes UnderReview usually indicates moderation and we’ll figure it out.
