Experience Not Eligible For Age Guidelines

Reproduction Steps

Happens with my game “Throw Stuff”

Expected Behavior

My game (which is suitable for all ages) should allow me to fill out the age guidelines questionnaire. When the feature was rolled out, it was mentioned that it’s only available for experiences with over 100k visits (mine has 114k at the time of this post).

Actual Behavior

I’m still unable to fill out the questionnaire because the game is “Not Eligible”.

This is heavily impacting my ability to advertise and grow the project because it’s targeted mainly for younger audiences.

Your game needs to be at least 7 days old. Right now, your game is only 6 days old. Wait for one more day.

I had this issue happen to me as well, but I shortly discovered that a few days later my showcase game was allowed to use the guideline questionnaire. As Leo stated, it’s merely the fact that your game is not old enough, and you should wait a little while before attempting to use the questionnaire. Pretty sure it’s some sort of safety/security implementation for experiences that are created for malicious purpose (you know what I mean.)

This is not a bug, and is intentional.

Not sure where you’ve gotten that information from (I can’t find any info on minimum time since release) However, it’s now been 7 days, and it’s still not eligible.

Thanks for the report! We’ve filed a ticket in our internal database.
