Reproduction Steps

• Click on the Restart button under the experience’s questionnaire page

• Answer all the guidelines questionnaire questions

• Click on the Submit button

i wasnt able to reproduce it BUT i clicked on the page and this popped up

I get this same “status code undefined” error on a game where I already did the questionnaire on (and get the same “Questionnaire Completed” screen). Here are some console errors which appear to be significant to this bug, if it helps:

It is worth noting that the red error message appears twice.

Looks like it worked, the questionnaire was submitted successfully and now I’ll give it some time to update on the game’s public page
