Hi there! I am offering my services as a builder. I have been building for 3 months but I’m a really good builder, or at least, a really good exterior builder. I can do interior designing, I can try to do maps (maps will cost more), and I can build anything you want, as long as you give me a good enough description.
Showcase
I am working on a huge 3 story AoT Trost HQ, which I am halfway done with. I have created tables, chairs, furniture, etc etc for it so far, all on my own.
I have also created a large AoT gate, back in my first month of building. Pictures will be posted shortly.
I also plan to take commissions shortly, from the RoDev Community on discord.
I am looking for funds/payment for some groups I am wanting to advertise for, and I’d like to maybe one day be able to pay my developers.

Why start big instead of small?
Before I started building anything, I always had big ideas I guess, to get things done. I also wanted to be able to do bigger things first, so I could understand what it was like to build big. Also, it’s fun to start off big, because you can get so creative in the process and then you can build bigger.
Plus, the bigger the better, amiright? (I meant building wise, not that 
First Build
This is a gate I built for someone else for a group that was canceled. The owner didn’t like the gate and removed it. I was going to finish adding rooms and walls to the whole thing, as you can see by the back of the gate. The gate was the only thing I built in this picture. Took me less than a day to finish that gate.
Second Work
This builder is currently a work in progress. I am working on a huge Trost HQ from the Attack on Titan universe. This HQ is to have 3 floors, not counting the top 2 towers. My plan is to make it an exact replica of the anime version of the Trost HQ. Though you can not see a whole lot, I will be showing some of the rooms I have built so far. I will also be showing you the whole thing of what I have built of it so far, but right now, it’s been a week since I’ve started on it, and I’m needing to finish up some of the interior, and then definitely work on the exterior.
I will be first showing you the interior and the rooms.
That is one of them. I decided to do a redo of it since I needed a new framework  (my favorite tbh)
very few things were free models like the tools like “SKS” and stuff like that. I was using them to see if I could somehow get them into a crate so I knew what to do after I were to create my own gun/weapon models) (don’t worry, I deleted them 5 days ago)
Will be resuming work on this at some point this week or next week.
Third piece of work
This one is for another game, called Attack on Titan:Discovery. I am working on this with another person, but they are doing all the furniture, while I am doing the actual building building like setting up the rooms and stuff. The owner of that game decided to let me and a royal I married in that game last week, a map of our own, so we’re going to be building a castle. Once it gets done with the framework, and the placement of everything, I’ll be adding little thinga majigers to it to make it look “purty” but yeah. The bigger the better, in my opinion.

So there are some small things I am asking you give me in terms of info on the thing you are wanting me to build.
Just to let you know, I do prefer you to have some sort of idea on what you are wanting built. I am a person that relies on plans, so if you are able to give me a basic house blueprint/map blueprint “Floor plan” before you contact me.
They are put into categories down below:
Houses/Buildings that players go in:
- How many floors?
- How many rooms?
- What about furniture?
- Textures? (I always apply textures to the very end after the basic framework has been completed)
- Extra shabing-a-doos? (Pillars, baseboards, etc etc, you name it)
Maps:
- How big
- What all you want in it
- How many houses/buildings
- If there are any houses or buildings you want players to be able to walk into, please follow the steps for the Houses/Buildings category, detailed above this one.
- Props?
- Texturing?
Availability
I am available to work any day of the week and weekend. You can contact me any time, but I am unable to work during the week from 8AM-2PM due to my new job. However, if you have anything you’d like to contact me during that, then you can!
