UPDATE:

It seems like it is fixed right now, and the banner just went up.

Place visits are also back.

im still lacking a homepage but i can use links and i can see some parts of the Discover page.
thank goodness it was a weekday this time.

edit: ok homepage loads now! (albeit slowly)
