Experiencing UI at different scales: UIGridLayout

I am experiencing difficulties in scaling the UI correctly between the studio and the actual in-game experience. The UIGridLayout tends to shift around significantly between the studio and in-game (presumably due to the smaller screen size in the studio compared to a full-sized screen). Is there any way to resolve this issue?
