Explaining Internal/LuaSignal & Network/Replicator?

For context, when you’re in a server and open the Developer Console, there’s a tab labeled Memory, and under that Sever. With a game I’ve taken part in developing (40 player max servers), these 2 readings labeled Internal/LuaSignal and Network/Replicator are around 700-800 MB in memory (not via memory leak, as far as I can tell). I tried looking around for explanations on these, but I can’t find anything other than vague explanations on what these are; nothing on how to reduce them.

I’d like to know:

• Are these numbers normal?
• What more specifically are these?
• What can I do to reduce their memory usage?
