Exploding part not exploding when needed

hello im trying to make it that when u click ur mouseit makes a ball on the mouse position(have done it so far) and then if its near a part that i named it explodes and pushes the parts around it but it only activates when i go near it and doesnt push anything

Parts that you want to move have to be part of the physics engine before they can be pushed. You have to manually unanchor the parts you want to touch.

Previous behavior of explosions might have been different, but this is how it works now as far as I am aware.

Don’t connect the explode function to hit.Touched, just call explode. Connecting an event in an event is a very bad idea unless you will disconnect it.
