Not everyting in the game appears in the explorer. Seen it a couple of times, on different computers since the new update. Hard to tell if it happens all the time since the projects I am working on are quite big, but of 5 different occasions i have klicked on an asset that has not apeard in the explorer. restarting usually gives the item back but once it did not.
