Sometimes when selecting an object that will cause the explorer’s scroll bar to move by a very large distance, the displayed name truncation doesn’t always seem to get updated properly, and it will instead display all the names in a chopped off fashion until you force an update by selecting something else.

We don’t understand the cause of this and without a repro case it is unfortunately very unlikely we will be able to fix this.
We plan on making some huge refactors to the explorer in the coming year which will by nature fix this bug.
