Exporting character troubles

Hello! So today I was learning gfx for the first time, and I was practicing making a gfx of my friend, but I ran into a bit of a problem. I was trying to export his accessories, and I got this error:

I asked another person to help me out and see if it happened to her, and it worked fine for her. I wanted to see if this was happening to anyone else before I contact support because it may just be me that’s having the problem.

Things I’ve done:

  • Reinstalled Studio. Which I actually had a bit of a problem too, when signing into the new version I got an error like, “Cannot Connect to Server. Please try again.” It took 3 tries to sign in.
  • Un-installed Load Character Lite and purchased the Pro version. Both plugins I had/have are made by AlreadyPro, the correct maker of the plugin.

Thanks to anyone that replies!

Try deleting everything which do nothing to the model, e.g. OriginalSize, Scripts, etc.

My bad, maybe it’s the korlobx legs. Not really sure if ROBLOX can export other type of body parts other than the ‘OG ones’.

They can, because I watched a gfx video on how to do korblox and headless horseman. Just export them as you would a mesh.

Just what I’m confused about is that exporting is supposed to be easy and every video I’ve watched the person could do it easy peasy. I’m gonna be afk for a bit, I’ll try all suggestions when I get back.

Try re-importing the avatar, and follow these steps:

  • Group all the accessories together. (DO NOT GROUP ANYTHING ELSE INSIDE)
  • Don’t delete the humanoid.
  • Export it.

Hope it works, and good luck!
