Extreme performance loss when streaming out instances

Hey, I am also having lag spikes in my game with streaming enabled when driving around.

Streaming In Lag Spikes

My game uses Streaming enabled and whenever you are driving throughout the map and a chunk loads in the FPS drops from 60+ FPS to under 20-30 and this varies depending on the players device. The map has about 8 million triangles, which I believe is a good amount for the size of the map. I am looking to see if anyone else has this issue or if they had the issue and how they came around to fixing it., Thanks [image] This is the game,
