Streaming In Lag Spikes

My game uses Streaming enabled and whenever you are driving throughout the map and a chunk loads in the FPS drops from 60+ FPS to under 20-30 and this varies depending on the players device.

The map has about 8 million triangles, which I believe is a good amount for the size of the map.

I am looking to see if anyone else has this issue or if they had the issue and how they came around to fixing it.,

Are these lag spikes on the clients or the server? Can you share some microprofiles showing the issue?

This happens on the client.
I am very new to using the microprofiler but here are some screenshots.

This is a frame of when the lag spike happens 49ms on CPU and 56ms on GPU.

This is the average frame when nothing is being streamed in.

You can use “Dump” from the Microprofiler menu to save them to disk. Can you capture some showing the issue and post them here?
