[Extreme] Servers Keep Being Crashed, Need Help With Patch

Hello, I am a developer at Solera Hotels & Resorts.
Our player count has dropped from 112 to 50, as someone has been crashing our servers lately.
I have put in a patch for weld spam and sound spam and chat spam.
Even though I have put it in, this is not resolving the issue. Remotes are not being spammed, as I have a message printed in output whenever a remote is fired.
I would love it if someone could help me with this issue, as all players lag out.

Server memory usage is at 1700 MB on average.

I’m not sure if this will help but have you banned the person? If this does not work I can figure out another way to help. You could also put in an anti lag script. Hope this helps!

He has multiple bots. Banning one account wouldn’t do anything, and yes, we have a minimum age required to join.

You should probably check for back doors 1in free models and/or plugins if you haven’t already?

We are having trouble finding the guy, he is using different alt accounts in each server to make them run slow.

The game has been checked before we released it for backdoors, and we didn’t find anything.

I have had this problem in the past with my friends game (Games Inspired by Camping) where bots kept joining in and spamming sounds and other things. The person would interrupt Youtubers like Kreek and others who played it.

Hello again! I figured out how he did it. He sent a message to roblox about his concern and they fixed it! Hope this helps. :smile:
