Extreme stuttering when pressed play

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    Game should not be EXTREMELY laggy for the first 20 seconds

  2. What is the issue? Include enough details if possible!

High CPU time (200ms) that eventually becomes normal after about 20 seconds.
Sometimes, the game does start smoothly like normal

  1. What solutions have you thought of so far?
    Changing graphic settings, lighting technology but that does not have any effect on the issue. Also checked script performance and all scripts seem to have low activity and rate at startup.

The problem does not seem to be caused by parts and terrain since I set up a spawn that was a few thousand studs away and the problem still happened
