F11 no longer toggles Full screen mode

before this week’s update (date as of writing AUG 7 2024) I could use F11 to toggle Full screen mode but now I have to use ALT+F11

other applications work fine with it; VS CODE, File Explorer, Google Chrome, etc

I’m using Windows 10

I have tested this on two of my laptops and I get the same result so I do not believe that it is a problem on my machines
