Face Deleted in Blender But It's Still There?

So I was trying to make a house (not the one in the wmv provided at the bottom), I tried going inside of it and I realized that there was something blocking me. I check the model and didn’t find anything. But when I disabled CanCollide for the main part of the house, I was able to walk right thru.

In Blender, I wanted to make an interior for the house so I just made a couple of Loop Cuts and deleted a face. on the outside (am I doing something wrong here? Idk)

Heres the video btw (sorry its in the windows media file format cuz I dont have a video recorder on my PC)

robloxapp-20240601-1549491.wmv (2.6 MB)

if you can’t see it just imagine a house without a door with an inside but when you try to go thru, you can’t because theres some invisible wall or something like that

Nevermind figured it out… if you delete faces itll just be like that. Just make the walls with new individual cubes and ya should be good (its also good for customization)

Ok I know I marked my previous post as the solution yesterday but I just tried to make a house making a separate cube for each individual wall.

Not only did it take me two hours… it also looks worse than a house I built in Roblox Studio in 20 minutes, years ago

There’s gotta be a way to get around this invisible face (without doing any negating and unionizing)

Maybe my mode has a flipped (invisible) surface normal. Maybe I should recalculate normals?

I know there’s Image Planes I can use but what if I don’t wanna go off of a reference? Is there any good way to counteract this?

could be colisions, is it colisitions set to percise?

also in the video… have you tried jumping? looks like there was a bit of a step there

if you use a seperate part for each wall, make sure they are invisible since you will just be using them for colisions.

If could be a reversed normal, the easy way to check is to make sure "Doubble sisdded in checked in the mesh properties then you will be able to see all faces.

Is it precise by default? If not that might actually be the problem

For the one in the video I think I was using just one cube

Yeah I did I just did it off video

Yeah I have Double Sided on

Thanks for the reply! I don’t have time rn so I’ll probably try it tmmr and get back to you
