Face mesh on custom rig gets stretched/warped when imported, scaled or duplicated

I have a custom rig for a roleplay game im making and the original scale is set to 0.10 or 0.01. When when I import it into Roblox Studio, sometimes the face gets warped and stretched, and sometimes it looks fine. But when I duplicate or scale up the rig, the same thing happens - the face stretches sideways with the eyes.

This is what the rig’s face looks like in Blender:

In Roblox Studio, this is what happens when I make it bigger:

I want the mesh to look normal when it’s at the original scale and when its scaled bigger, and I can’t import the rig from Blender at scale 10 or something because then the animation I have to use won’t work with it.

I’ve tried looking all over the dev forum for any solutions, and I found a topic similar to my issue but it didn’t really solve anything, and it talked about rbxm files, not fbx files so idk. Please help! :frowning:

My only guess is that it has do with the object scale in blender, make sure to apply all transforms (Ctrl + A) in Object mode, then export and try again.
