Face validation always returns "internal error"

This bug report is on behalf of my friend, barbbundlemaker

She is consistently encountering the face validation bug, where the upload fails with an “Internal Error” message. She has tried resetting Roblox Studio, reinstalling it, updating to the latest version, and even testing on a different Roblox account, but the issue persists.

The error occurs on every bundle and dynamic head, including ones that have been uploaded already.

She has been experiencing this problem throughout the entire day. She has also checked with other creators, and they are able to upload faces without any issues, so it does not appear to be a widespread outage.

Any help or insight into what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, can you ask your friends to try it again? or provide the RBXM file so I can try to reproduce that on my side?

She tried again today, but unfortunately, it’s still not working. It’s now been over 24 hours, and she’s still receiving the same error message.

She also sent you a message on Discord with the RBXM file attached. Her username is barbsbundles, and she messaged you through the Roblox Betas & Early Access server.
