Failed to load animation, sanitized ID error

Recently i’ve been having this issue, “Animation failed to load with sanitized ID:”, here’s what my console outputs:

I have tried reinstalling studio, logging on different accounts, different wifi networks, nothing works.
This is very frustrating because I have deadlines to meet and I’m trying to work on my game but im unable due to this.

I have permissions under the group, and all animations belong to us, yet for some reason I alone have this issue and not my other teammates. I am not from the US so I dont know if this is a region issue but if anyone has any ideas/solutions i’d be grateful.

I believe the owner of the game needs to reupload the animations themselves, you would do this by simply getting the character with the animation loaded on it in the animation editor, the owner then goes into animation mode, selects the NPC with the animation and then saves it to his Roblox
