Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

Hello! here’s something I wanted to share you:
I recently got an error and it said ‘Access Denied’ when I entered Roblox Devforum and no webpage was loading.
Does someone know what might be causing the issue and how to reproduce it?

The console error is on the title.

I tried searching it up and found this:

It’s probably ‘not responding’ issue

The forum bugs out sometimes when it’s under high load; that’s normal
