After a quick research, I discovered the cause of the “Failed to load sound: error code 28” issue. The problem is related to my Windows user folder name, which contains the non-English letter “ğ.” For some reason, this causes the error, preventing me from hearing any music and most sounds in-game. The issue also occurs in Roblox Studio.
Creating a new user account is not a solution, as this is not my fault. Please address and fix this issue as soon as possible.
Expected behavior
If everything was working correctly, all sounds and music should play properly both in-game and in Roblox Studio without any issues.
