Failed Upload Counting Towards Audio Limit

Reproduction Steps
After uploading an audio that has errored, the number of audio uploads remaining will decrease by one regardless of whether it successfully uploaded or not. In this case, the error displayed is “File previously blocked.” This is not the case as the two audios listed below are identical, and the one previously uploaded is not blocked.

Error

Expected Behavior
Number of audio uploads does not decrease if audio failed to upload

Actual Behavior
Number of audio uploads is decreased by one before the audio is confirmed to have uploaded

We confirmed that the reported behavior is by design. If you upload an audio that has been moderated in the past, we will count that towards the audio limit. If you do not agree that the audio should be moderated, an appeal should be made. We’re closing this report, but please reach out if you have any additional questions.
