Failing to load any of MY sound files

I recently uploaded my group game to a different place on my group, however it broke all sound files, the audio discovery is broke and does nothing either.

My game is just one big quiet mess now, does anyone know a fix?

Are the sounds under the same group which owns the place?

Does your experience have at least one version published so it can access online features?

Does reuploading the sounds fix it?

No, they’re under my profile. You don’t need to upload them to the same group, my other games work just fine.

Yes

No

I seem to also be having this issue on some of my audios, hoping we receive a fix soon. (This wouldn’t be an issue if the sound update never happened -_- )

check if they’re moderated from website

You need to allow your experience access to the audios, even if you uploaded it to the same group or user. Here’s how:

  1. Go to: https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/creations?activeTab=Audio
  2. Select the audio you want to update. (each one must be done manually)
  3. Enter your experience’s universe ID (NOT place ID) in this box: (see below for more info)
  4. Hit ‘ADD TO LIST’, then ‘SAVE CHANGES’ at the bottom.

You get your universe ID by pasting print(game.GameId) in the studio command bar, or from the creator dashboard, from the experience tab like this:

They show up fine and play on the website, I only face this problem when trying to use them in any of my games lol

Edit: I should also add that some of my games have no issue but when I try to use the same audio in another it doesn’t work

that’s a roblox issue we can’t do anything about it sadly. I’ve been facing the same problem for years, only way out is to use toolbox audios
