If the :info command isn’t working for safechat tests, C7RN is now avaliable for safechat users to say, please ask them to say a number or so like, May I get room 101.

Hosting Guides
Host
Roles 13+ May Host - You cannot host with safe chat.
[Entering the server] - Slock the server and invite all staff who will attend, discuss roles and prepare for people joining. This can preferably be done in the staff room. Once you are ready its time to unslock the server and message “[TRAINING SESSION] Starting soon! Hosted by username and co-hosted by username, we invite trainees and users ready for a promotion to join the training session! Slocking in 15 minutes, join up!”, on the communications and shout in the group
[Nobody joins] - If nobody joins within 15 minutes, you cancel the training, message “[TRAINING SESSION] Cancelled, nobody showed up. If you wish to be trained please get the next session.”, on the communications and shout in group. Now run the command “!sessioncontrol end”, this shutsdown the server and logs that you actually attended a session so you don’t get in trouble for not hosting.
[People Join] - After 15 minutes, slock the server, now you need to announce the rules and introduce yourself. Please run these commands through the command bar, initiated through the "/’ key on your keyboard. (You can’t host on tablet.)

sm -| Greetings, everyone! My name is user, I will be your host for this training session, this session has been slocked, if you disconnect please say so on the communications or the group wall and we can try our best to get you back in the session.
sm -| Depending on which role you are training for, you will be put into teams later on in the session where you will be educated and then quizzed.
sm -| If you have any questions please say PTS and staff will come around and answer your questions!
sm -| Is that all the questions? Otherwise say PTS now!
sm -| After I have informed you all of the rules, you will follow a line on the floor which leads you to the correct room for your training. Staff please head to your assigned training rooms now, nobody else follow them yet or you will be kicked.
sm -| The following colours lead to the corresponding rooms, Yellow - Security, Red - Receptionist, Blue - Housekeeping and Green - Barista.
sm -| Trainees with safechat may train for roles Housekeeping and Barist, users without safechat may train for all roles. We will do a safechat test on you, so don’t worry if you don’t know if you have safechat or not.
sm -| Staff who are training for a new rank, please stay behind after the rules are over as you will be quizzed on all roles, and privately trained by me.
sm -| Staff/Trainees | If you any questions during your training, please say PTS to your trainer and depending on what your question is and the time of asking we will try our best to answer it!
sm -| I will now go over the rules, make sure to pay attention and memorise these. Also please ready them at an appropriate speed as these are vital to your passing today.
sm Rule I) Trolling during this session is strictly prohibited. If you’re caught trolling you’ll be dismissed right away.
sm Rule II) Exploiting during the session or at the hotel isn’t allowed. You’ll be banned right away.
sm Rule III) Respect everyone, this includes staff. The staff have taken the time to train you today.
sm Rule IV) Recording this training is allowed. However you must remove or blur out the questions and answers.
sm Rule V) Pay attention to your trainer(s) and helper(s), if you don’t you’ll be removed.
sm -| Before I hand it over to my co-host, the barista rank is not in use currently. My Co-host will now go over some information of the “just incases”, you can ask questions after my co-host is done explaining.
Once the co-host finished the information then you will announce that you are starting and to move off to the line in which you would like to train for.
ENDING
As the host, make sure all trainees who have passed have been ranked. Once they have, proceed with the ending below.

Co-Host
Once the host send the server message “sm -| My Co-host will now go over some information of the “just incases”, you can ask questions after my co-host is done explaining.”, you will go over these tips:
sm Tip I) Use grammar at all times. Using grammar gives you a higher chance of passing.
sm Tip II) If you need to go AFK, you should alert the trainer right away.
sm Tip III) Staff are required to follow the guide at all times. If you’re caught not using it you’ll be demoted.
sm Tip IV) You can have up to III grammar mistakes. If you exceed this number you won’t pass.
sm Tip V) Make sure to try your best during this training. If you fail you’ll be told why.
sm We will now proceed with the logistics of this training. I ask that you pay attention.
sm During this session you’ll have a V question trivia, a troll test and a roleplay test.
sm You must get IV of V questions correct. You must either pass the troll test or roleplay test to pass.
sm Once we allow you to, you’ll leave this area and follow the corresponding lines that the host went over earlier, if you forgot these are the lines leading to rooms: Yellow - Security, Red - Receptionist, Blue - Housekeeping and Green - Barista.
sm Receptionist and Security will have to undergo a safechat test. If you have safechat you can only apply for Housekeeping or Barista.

Receptionist Helper and Trainer Guide
[TRAINER] Hello! I am NAME, your trainer for today. Please line up behind a desk, 2 per desk!

[TRAINER] Before we begin, you must conduct a safechat test.
Trainers should use the info command, go down to safechat. If it says true, move them to housekeeping or barista. If it says false, name them using the command below. If the info command doesn’t work, name them ‘C7RN’.

[TRAINER] Once there, you type in the name and choose the room type. Then click confirm.

[TRAINER] The other button is the check room button. If it is green the room is open, if it is red the room is checked into.
[TRAINER] How to deal with trollers and exploiters.
[TRAINER] Trollers are guests who cause problems and issues. They receive 3 warnings.
[TRAINER] First off, you should ask them to stop.
[TRAINER] If they refuse, you can give them a warning, using the template below.

[TRAINER] Once the room is clean, you can return to the housekeeping desk.

[TRAINER] Once you start a shift, you should get your uniform from the staff room.

Other Information:
For all staff, a menu will appear in the bottom left, fill that in with your information for the session to help us keep track of your activity.
You must follow all guides within training, do not create your own.
Use grammar and do not summarise words unless safechat is blocking you, example: Thanks would be Thx (Safechat allows you to say Thanks therefore you will not say Thx)
If a trainee asks you a question and you don’t know the answer let them know you will check for them, then ask on the communications or find the answer if it is in documentation.
