Fallen Great Sword [FeedBack]

Recently I made this Great Sword I think it looks great but I feel as if i am missing something, I’m not sure how the middle looks and if there is a way to make the middle look better in a way that makes it more aged/fallen.

I do often question myself before i finish my work but I usually come to a conclusion that it may or may not be good but this one seems like its in the middle. Feedback and help would be much appreciated.

The handle looks a bit long, I guess it’s to be used two-handed? I’d shorten it a bit. To give it the aged/fallen look you could give it some nicks and scratches. I feel like the tip isn’t long enough, I think it should be lengthened slightly (just a smidge).
The color scheme is very chill and mellow (at least it gives me those vibes).
I think this sword is really well made though! Did you make this up from your imagination or use a reference?

Very nice textures. Nice bloom effect also love the colors. I like too think of this in one of those real games such as in unity RPG games or some type of sword fighting. I think the top of the blades axe is just too like round try making it more sharp? as I believe that’s a axe at the top combined with the sword. I also suggest you trying too make the other have two sides like two axes on both sides. Very nice.

Two handed swords are suppose to have very long handles. Most real life greatswords have enough room on the handle to have a hand in between where the person grips. Here’s an example of a person holding a irl greatsword. unnamed

Yes, I know that two handed sword handles are supposed to be long. But thank you for clearing that up :happy3:
It was just a suggestion :woman_shrugging:
