I kindly request that the texture for Clockwork’s Golden Shades be restored. This issue also suggests a need for added protections in the Rights Manager system to prevent future misuse, particularly to ensure Roblox-created content is safeguarded from incorrect takedowns.

Something needs to be done to make this immune from DMCA requests, along with all other Roblox assets @apoorcarpenter
If you just restore it, I doubt there’s going to be anything stopping it from being DMCA’d over and over again. Is there anything more being done here rather than just the asset being restored?
Dude this is ridiculous it’s probably going to take them time to add in some code that makes certain assets immune from moderation/DMCA strikes… but hopefully they actually do considering the persistence of this issue. User submitting the strikes should also be terminated.
Either that or the issue hasn’t yet been triaged to anyone with the proper jurisdiction to be made immune from moderation. @apoorcarpenter
Going back to this. The image is moderated again, the item itself seems to be now deleted aswell and the uploader is now either deactivated or terminated
