False Error when Uploading T-Shirt UGC Saying Handle Missing, Though It's Present

I keep getting the false error saying Handle’s missing when uploading a T-shirt category layred clothing UGC.

Though the Handle is present:

Expected behavior

UGC asset successfully uploaded to the Marketplace.

Rigid Accessories require a Part. Layered clothing accessories require a MeshPart (Layered clothing Accessories also have a WrapLayer beneath the Handle). Accessories must also be of the correct accessory category

From looking at your screen grabs, the Handle would need a WrapLayer child Instance to be considered layered clothing
