I have a game called Island Of Vietnam BETA 0.64 TESTER ONLY! Many of my players and my team aswell are frustrated of the false ban leading up to the game. I had created 2 support ticket relating to the appeal, one of the appeal I followed up by having the questionnaire set to the right age group and do what the form told me to. I check over and erase everything that could be “gambling setup” yet even though there was none, I still get hit with the same violation afterwards. This action greatly cost us to lose motivation to work on the game and lost a fortune of the marketing expense for the game since it got banned on March 30th and now it’s April 20th. I hope you guys understand and check over what could exactly be triggering the Ai to flag the game. Thank you.
Just redo the questionnaire at this point. AI is pretty stupid as it hasn’t been trained well fully yet.
