False Group Locked: Requesting Manual Review for Terminated Account & Locked Group on behalf of a friend

Hey everyone,

I’m posting this on behalf of a friend whose account was terminated and whose group was locked. Their username is 0utcrown, and the group is called kawioo (Group ID: 34455127).

They submitted an appeal to support but haven’t heard anything back. Right now, they’re not entirely sure what caused the termination it could’ve been either a commission payout they made through the group, or a DevEx request they submitted from an alt account (sviial1) after transferring Robux from the group.

The Robux were earned legitimately no offsite trading or anything like that and they checked the DevEx Terms before submitting. There’s nothing in the terms that says you can’t DevEx from another account you own, so they didn’t realize it could be a problem.

If this was triggered by an automated system or an internal policy that wasn’t clearly stated, they’re just asking if this could be manually reviewed. They’re not trying to deny anything just genuinely unsure what the cause was and they’ve said it won’t happen again.

The group held over 5 million Robux and was the result of years of work. Losing both the account and the group has been devastating.

If any staff or admin is able to review this or escalate it to the right team, it would really mean a lot.
