False group payout error triggers double-spend

Reproduction Steps
Attempt to pay out a full members page of users at once

Expected Behavior
If the payout is successful, there should be a success message and the payout form is cleared
If the payout is unsuccessful, there should be an error message, the payout form is not cleared, and the payment does not go through

Actual Behavior
An error message is displayed and the payout form is not cleared, however the payment still goes through. Clicking the Distribute button again will trigger an un-intended double-spend
