False Positive Chat Suspension

Today I was trying to speak with my friend via Roblox Chat in Russian language. I tried to send any messages and all of them was filtered that not contained any English letters. (Common words that should not be filtered. Before that day they are not be filtered). First time I got warning in-game and in website. I tried to send message about I got this popup and chat is weird today got suspended for 5:00 minutes. Please fix it. I cannot speak with my friend via my language by using Roblox Chat

Warning when I tried to say about installing update issue:

Screenshot when I got suspended for 5:00 is forgot to save. Probably I’ll get this popup again and I’ll add it with message I tried to say

EDIT: That was fast. Here’s what I said, translation and popup. Message: “Сообщения стали с большой задержкой отправляться, будто у меня инет пингует” → “Messages are now is sending with more delay like my internet is laggy”

P.S. I’m only now find out about for this innocent words like described in my popup I may lose my account. I’m now a little bit afraid to use Roblox Chat until this false positive is still a thing

Expected behavior

My message should be sent without filtering.
Result: My message was filtered and not sent and I got chat suspended for 5:00 minutes

Although it probably won’t resolve the issue, make sure you press the button “Did we make a mistake?” to send feedback on this issue.

Yes I did. I want to make sure this problem will be highlighted and fixed as soon as possible, because “you could lose account access” is not sounds good for trying to say common words for your friends

Good news about chat suspension is its resetting after 24 hours. I’m getting chat suspension warning after 2 times filtering (not in a row)

@101strive does warning popup is always saying about “Don’t share personal information”? Messages context are always different and never matching something personal about me or someone else
