Falsely terminated - roblox support refuse support

Issue:
my roblox user is tuinejakituibihackac and on June 21 2025 I won a 2,220 Robux giveaway (5x 444 Robux each) through private server on discord . After 5 days I received 1554 Robux after tax without any issues. However, 2 days later my account was terminated with the message: “Your account has been deleted for violating the Terms of Use for account theft.”

what i tried : I appealed to roblox support but I kept receiving the same message every time even though it wasnt related to my ban reason


I submitted two more appeals but got the same response again. On the fourth appeal, I got limited and ask my friend to help me sumbitted and luckily didn’t get that message, so I decided to keep it. However, it’s been 6 days and I still haven’t received any reply from Roblox not even a confirmation that my ticket is in the queue or has been forwarded to the appeals team. I also called Roblox, but still haven’t gotten any response

so does anyone know a way to contact an employee from the appeals team or someone that can review my account termination reason or un termination my account? thx

i just made new ticket and still got the same message , should i create another one or just keep it and wait for respond from roblox?

ye i did appeal using the link they provided in termination page but every time i appeal i still get " Your account status is in connection to Roblox’s anti-cheat detections. We cannot remove the current action on your account. Please reference our support guide on anti-cheat measures and troubleshooting to prevent future actions against your account."

Maybe it was this server’s plan to do that?

I did a quick calculation and:
2220 * 0.7 = 1,554.
That’s the exact same as:
(444 * 5)*0.7= 1,554.

The 0.7 there is tax, which occurs when a player sends robux (mainly via purchases)

To my knowledge, group payouts DO NOT have this tax. (As this forum question by another user shows) And this tax is usually on Purchases, so they must’ve sent you them as payments rather than payouts

This group could’ve easily sent you the full 2220 robux without any hassle via group payouts provided you joined their group.
Why did they send you robux in 5 separate amounts then?
My personal suspicion is that they might have made it look like you hacked into their account and stole their robux, which would obviously raise suspicions on Roblox’s if they happened to report this.

The best way to resolve this, probably, is go into more detail in another appeal about how you withdrew this robux. (Provided there’s not another one ongoing)
Any proof in the server? maybe the Group itself?
Maybe you could tell them how you received separate robux payments rather than one group transfer.
With those, Roblox would probably get more detail on your case and HOPEFULLY realise you are indeed, a normal player.

Thanks for the response, but right now there a bug with Roblox support where every time I submit an appeal, they keep sending replies that aren’t related to my moderator note and without let me know it is still in queue or not

idk when they gonna fix and i still have like 18 days left
also they send me robux by buying my private server not group payout :wilted_flower:
p/s : maybe they do that to get roll back

Yeah, buying multiple private servers in quick succession would look a tad suspicious to moderators if they do end up having a look.

Regarding that, I’m highly sure you dont get cashback, and that if they were trying to, they’d need to purchase a Gamepass or Avatar Item.

You could also try when logged out and request support that way - Username is an optional field, after all. The support form link is here if you want to access it.

If you do indeed decide on appealing again, you could also try changing your topic to ‘Data Privacy Request’, and selecting ROA (Right of Access). By law (in the UK, and some other countries) you should be able to gather information regarding to or related to yourself. In the EU, this is article 15 under the GDPR (according to Aria).
Although excessive, it might just be worth a try, and you might get support to open up and get them to tell you WHY you were terminated.
In other countries I’m not too sure, though.

  • Will this still work if I’m Vietnamese?
  • Will it still work after I log out?
  • Should I enter my Roblox username in the optional field? (It will triggers the message above :sob::broken_heart:)

1 - Not sure, but worth a try EDIT: For vietnam its something called the ‘PDPD’
2 - Yes, you indeed can. Not sure why the DOB is being asked for, but once you put it in you have access
3 - Avoid doing that and instead put it in the ‘Details’ part. It’s more likely to be seen.

4 - Yeah, so once you know WHY, you can explain to them in further detail why you should be unbanned, as then both Roblox and You yourself have the information to back your appeal!

For future reference, there are a LOT of malicious actors on Discord. I once had someone I barely know DM me asking if something is a scam; was seemingly something similar to what you’re struggling with; generally the way I see it is if they don’t give it to you through something like Pls Donate, chances are they’re aiming for malware or termination.

Group payouts, Not pls donate.
The difference?
Pls Donate: 40% tax (And its a purchase - hackers can transfer via this)
Payouts: 0% tax (Initiated by group admins - safer)

I get that, but generally you want to aim for the least exploitable. It’s free robux, who cares if you lose out due to the tax? Still more than nothing and typically safer (from my experience). And just because a group admin carries it out doesn’t mean it’s instantly secure. Not trying to say you’re wrong, though.

alr so i was waiting roblox support to reply with no luck , I looked into my terminated reason and found out the reason now . What should I do next to get Roblox support to respond to my appeal? ( if they forward my appeal to specialist then my chance to get un termination would be much higher prob 100% but the problem is my email is being flagged and almost 15 days ( 5 days from my latest appeal ) still no respone from roblox💔 )

Well, what should happen is that when you receive your confirmation they got your appeal, the timer should stop. But, if they still dont respond after a bit, you could try going for a formal complaint of some sorts. That might nudge to actually work on your appeal for once

Well, once you send a confirmation they should sort of put a ‘pause’ on the ‘we cant appeal moderations >30 days’, and usually a confirmation is send in a few minutes automatically.

So if I submit an appeal before 30 days, does that mean I’ve already sent a confirmation to Roblox support and they can still review it even after 30 days? Also, if I didn’t get any confirmation from Roblox and i only got one email saying my request was received , does that still count?

That SHOULD count. If they say they can’t review it, send a formal complaint to them, since they’re being unfair and restricting users from being able to appeal if they do happen to reply after 30 days and say they cant review it because well, its over 30 days – That’s Roblox’s fault, not yours.

this is the strangest thing i have ever seen in my life :pray::pray:, should i wait for some more time like 2 weeks or create new appeal ? my alt mail is appealing with different roblox username name and email with same message for some reason my alt email is getting response but my main hasn’t got single reply :broken_heart:
