FBX animations importing weirdly

Recently I’ve been trying to import my Alien into Roblox, and said aliens animations, however for some odd reason in Blender the animation works fine:

However, when I import into Roblox using the “Import FBX animation” in the animation editor:

To export the animation, I select the bones of the skeletal mesh, and then I export as fbx with baked animation. Am I doing something wrong?

I have looked at other topics but none of there solutions seem to relate/work.

Fixed:
Note to anyone experiencing the same issue, make sure Rest Pose Animation is set to default and not “with rotations zeroed” when Importing the rig iteself.

Also when exporting for importing the animation make sure both the bone and mesh is selected (not just the bones)
