My current problem is that my fbx files with textures are not loading. I mean the file loads but there is no texture on it.

You can simply import the texture images separately and assign their id’s to the mesh in it’s properties.
But is that normal that i have to import the textures everytime by myself?
Depends. How are you importing it? Through the asset manager? If so, then the textures should be there automatically.
On your computer, is your texture file in the same folder as your blender file?
Well i importing it in Assest Manager. I use textures from Blenderkit
