FBX Importer Misplacing Bone

Hello, I am trying to import a rigged model using the FBX importer, but for some reason when I do it completely misplaces one of the bones, causing the animations to break.

Is there any idea as to what’s causing this, or what I can do to make it import properly? At first I assume it was an issue caused by conflicting names, but no names are conflicting in the model.

Edit: So I’ve tried editing the rig and even slight edits have just been making the problem infinitely worse.

-- update, i fixed it sort of, but not in a pretty way. it seems to have something to do with how roblox handles meshes, particularly ones with origins lying outside of their bounding box, 'cause the “fix” was to add a tiny cube on the face model at 0, 0, 0
