FBXs containing a single plane are not imported correctly when imported with 3D Import

Hello.
I am using a 3D modeling tool called Metasequoia to import mesh files into Roblox, and I have discovered that when I upload FBX files containing 2D objects, they are not loaded correctly.
Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:

(1) Prepare a box object with all six faces independent of each other. (The box on the right is a single object for comparison.)

(2) Output them as FBX files.
The version is set to FBX202000 binary.

(3) We can confirm that there is no problem at all in both cases with the standard Windows 3D viewer.

(4)Upload the file using Roblox’s 3D import function.

(5)It can be confirmed that the cube with all faces independent is displayed incorrectly.

The solution has been investigated up to the point that it will display correctly if you give it just a little bit of thickness.
These occur 100% of the time when one of the X, Y, or Z axes is 0.
FBX files can also be sent if more detail is needed.
