F.E.A.R New Training Rules and Training Guidelines 2017
DESCRIPTION: Below are the 10 most basic training rules and guidelines that need to be known for your time in F.E.A.R. These must be followed at all times by all members of the group, if they are not, then appropriate actions will be taken.
- Always address the host of the training by Sir or Ma’am depending on what they define their gender to be.
- Be mature and respectful towards your comrades and the host at all times, disrespect will not go unpunished.
- Grammar and Spelling is required to a minimum degree. As long as your sentences can be understood and your point can be expressed, that’s all you need.
- When a host calls for an “STS” you must form a shoulder-to-shoulder line in front of the host.
- Referring to number 4, hand-holding is not permitted. This isn’t a merry-go-round it’s a training to better hone your skills in the clan community.
- If you are unsure as to how far apart you must be from the person next to you, then just make sure that another ROBLOX hand part can fit between you and the person next to you. No more no less.
- Any order given by the host of the training is absolute. They are in charge of their own training and no one else. However, there will be occasions where other High Ranks will chip in and help the trainer out if they feel the need.
- Arguing within a training is not permitted at all. This does not mean you can’t talk and fool around (to an extent) with your comrades, but arguments disrupt training’s and the bonds people create.
- When a host enables the use of “PTS” (Permission to speak) it means all talking must cease immediately. PTS is a form of chat control used by trainers to establish order in the chatbox. If a trainer feels there is too much talking going on and instructions cannot be seen due to it, they will enable PTS. During this time, if you wish to say something, you must ask the host for permission to do so. PTS should not last very long at all, just enough for the trainer to get their instructions through.
- No lobby killing. Lobby killing is the act of killing someone outside of an event. If you are caught doing so, you will be kicked. If you are the victim of lobby killing, you must inform the host immediately so that they can handle the situation. If you retaliate with your own lobby killing, it will just make the situation worse for yourself and everyone around you.

F.E.A.R Raid Rules And Guidelines 2018
- When F.E.A.R raids, we bring the full wrath of our group down upon the enemy. When we raid, we show our dominance over whatever group is unfortunate enough to be picked. In order for us to this effectively, we must follow a strict set of rules and guidelines.
- During raids, only HR’s are allowed to speak to the enemy.
- Team-chat is required at all times during raids, to team-chat simply type /t before your sentence.
- Desertion of battle is grounds for demotion, or, if done an abundance of times, exile. If you need to leave, and for a real reason, let an HR know through whisper in-game.
- Raiding against FEAR is considered treason and will be treated as such. Unless planned otherwise, raiding against FEAR is grounds for demotion or exile depending on the severity.
- Raid orders are absolute. Officers will give orders while in battle, these orders must be followed to the letter in order to assure victory.
- If you own the uniform, it is absolutely mandatory to wear it for raids and defenses alike. Sometimes we fight enemies who have “Hide Name” GUI’s in their forts. Without uniforms, we’ve no idea who is who.
- Rallies are hosted 15-30 minutes before a raid or defense, they are hosted like this because instructions are given during these rallies. It is important that you show up to these.
- When we raid, we are showing our enemies the might of FEAR. We must be flawless in our performance, no weakness must be shown. You are to give it your all during these battles. This is why we have training’s, to prepare you for this.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
F.E.A.R External Communications Rules
F.E.A.R does not rely on only ROBLOX communication. We use many other forms of communication through external means. If you’d like to be added to our discord or sk pe communications, contact a Brig.Gen or above.
- All external communications such as discord, TeamSpeak, or official chatrooms of any kind, must be owned by the F.E.A.R HiCOM.
- Spamming within communication networks is only allowed by the HR’s of F.E.A.R in preparation for an official event. Spamming for an unofficial purpose(s) is not allowed. That goes for saying @everyone as well, only Colonel + may do it.
- If you are found active within any External communications network while an official F.E.A.R event is going on, and you are not found at the event, you will be kicked from the network. (Example: When an event is hosted, it is always shouted on the discord and all other external communications. If you are found active on any of the external communication networks, but not at the event itself, you will be removed from the communications network for a set period of time.)
- The insertion of any F.E.A.R (or allied) member into any F.E.A.R external communications network, must be pre-approved, or done by, an HR. This prevents randoms from being added for no reason.
Arguing with the intent of doing harm within any F.E.A.R Communications network is strictly prohibited. Debates and friendly arguments are allowed. Name-calling, verbal abuse, insulting, etc etc with malicious intent is not allowed. - Advertising any non-F.E.A.R related material, for the purpose of personal, or allied gain is not allowed.
- Belittling of the group, or its High Ranks, with malicious intent is not allowed.
The editing of information in any official communication networks, such as changing the name or icon, is only allowed by the F.E.A.R High Command.

F.E.A.R Promotion Guide
F.E.A.R has a unique promotion system which it uses. In order to better explain it, this forum will be broken up into different sections. The sections are as follows.
-Section 1: Enlists
-Section 2: [LR] to [MR]
-Section 3: [MR] to Military Officer
-Section 4: Military Officer to Colonel
-Disclaimer
Section 1: Enlists
When you first join the group, you are considered an “Enlist”. What this means is that you have sent a request to the group and have been accepted. In order for you to be able to climb any further in ranks, you will need to complete the F.E.A.R Initiation Obby. This place can be found here: [F.E.A.R] Initiation Obby - Roblox
Once you have completed the obstacle course and received the badge at the end of it, you must send a ROBLOX message to anyone who is the rank of Colonel or Above. This message should state that you have completed the course and received the badge. You will then be promoted to Private.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
Section 2: LR to MR
Once you reach Private you are considered an LR. A lower ranked soldier of our great nation. In order to move even further, you must participate in group events. These events include but are not limited to trainings and raids. Not every event will grant you a promotion, you must work for it. Do well in these events and you will be recognized by the HR’s of F.E.A.R. This is how you receive promotions.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
Section 3: MR to Military Officer
When you have reached the rank of Captain, you will have to complete the Major Obby. The course consists of 10 different levels of obstacles. Once you have completed all 10 levels, take a screenshot of the end and send it to an HR. You will then be promoted to Major.
Once at the rank of Major, you must join the Major Academy. How the academy works will not be explained here, if you wish to know how the academy works then go to its group description and click on the link labeled “Index”. The Academy can be found here: F.E.A.R Major Academy - Roblox
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
Section 4: Military Officer to Colonel
As a Military Officer you have proven yourself eligible for a High Ranking position. However, being a High Rank in F.E.A.R is more than just numbers and ranks. As a Military Officer you are monitored until the next HR meeting. That is where the HR’s convene to decide if you are ready for a Colonel position or not. This is done by a round of voting.
If the HR’s decide not to promote you to Colonel in one meeting, it doesn’t matter. You stay Military Officer until the next HR meeting where it will be brought up again for another vote. This keeps going in until you either get promoted to Colonel or get declined three times in a row. If you are declined HR status three times in a row then you will have to go back to the academy and try again.
[IMPORTANT NOTICE]
This promotion guide covers the steps involved in going from Enlist to Colonel within F.E.A.R. If you wish to know how to be promoted even further, refer to the HR promotion system.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
F.E.A.R. HR Promotion System
The High Ranks of F.E.A.R have their own promotion system. The road does not end at the rank of Colonel. Once you have reached the rank of Colonel, you go by an entirely different set of rules and guidelines. You may be thinking “how do I go even further in ranks?” this is the official HR Promotion system which F.E.A.R. Uses.
In order for you to be promoted as an HR, you must show that you can lead the F.E.A.R \troops in battle. Of course, you must also show that you can train them and maintain activity within the group, but the main focus is how well you lead our troops in battle.
There is a set number of victories required for each HR rank in order to be promoted. Each victory you get in battle grants you a “point.” The following list indicates a number of points required for each rank in order to be promoted.
-Colonel to Brig.Col: 5 Points
-Brig.Col to General: 10 points
-General to Brig.Gen: 15 points
-Brig.Gen to Entrusted General: 20 points.
Acquiring points is simple, but the difficulty level depends on you and your own skill at leading. The only way to acquire points is by leading defenses and raids alike. The following list indicates the only scenarios that grant you points and how many points each scenario grants you.
-Leading and winning a raid against another non-allied group: 1 point
-Leading and winning a defense against another non-allied group: 1 point
-Leading and winning a practice raid against an allied group: .5 points
-Leading and winning a practice raid (at our own fort) against an allied group: .5 points (Screenshots of the admin logs must be provided to the leader of F.E.A.R as evidence that no foul play happened.)
-Leading and winning a raid against an enemy group at which we are at war with: 2 points
-Leading and winning a defense against an enemy group at which we are war with: 1.5 points
These are the only ways you can go about acquiring points. Let it be known that if you are not leading the soldiers of F.E.A.R, you will not receive any points. This means that even if you are hosting the raid/defense, but someone else is doing the leading for you, that person will be the one to get the points and not you.
At the same time, if you are an HR and you believe someone has received points wrongly, you have 24 hours to bring it up to the HR’s with evidence suggesting that the HR in question did not do a good job leading, or didn’t lead at all. At this point the HR’s will convene and go over the evidence provided to determine a solution for the situation.
Losing raids/defenses does not affect the amount of points you have. However, being a naughty person can cause deduction of points if the HR council decides to do so.
Now, you may be wondering, what’s the point in going higher in ranks? If I can already lead the troops of F.E.A.R as a Colonel, why do I need to go higher?
Well then why go higher in position at your job when you can stay doing the same work for the same pay? Acquiring higher ranks within F.E.A.R has it’s privileges and different responsibilities. Reaching the rank of Colonel is but a stepping stone in your F.E.A.R career. As an HR, you should always be striving to better yourself. Reaching higher ranks grants you more power, responsibility, and respect. Some examples of different power:
-Higher ranks get higher admin powers at F.E.A.R Places
-Higher ranks get to hand out orders to lower ranked Officers
-Higher ranks get different privileges in External FEAR Communications
-Those who reach Brig.Gen and above command the whole group and have the privilege of accessing things like FEAR places and configuring the group store.
On top of all that, higher ranks are more likely to be picked for special jobs like the department heads. Some of the existing departments include: Department of Development, Department of Discipline, Department of Training’s etc etc.

F.E.A.R High Rank Rules 2017
These are the official rules and guidelines of the F.E.A.R High Ranks. The rules and guidelines in this thread are absolute, no High Rank is above these tenants.
- Uniform is a mandatory requirement for a High Rank. Unless you are an Honorary HR (in which case these rules do not apply to you) you are only to wear the current version of the HR uniform. On that note, only the HR uniform is allowed to be worn by HRs.
- Admin abuse, or AA, is not allowed by any High-Rank within F.E.A.R. The best way to avoid this is to not use admin unless absolutely necessary.
- he HRs of F.E.A.R convene in bi-weekly meetings. If you miss three of these meetings in a row, you will be suspended for two weeks. If inactivity continues, your demotion will be permanent.
- Discipline is mandatory within the HR staff. Discipline comes in many different forms, as a High rank, you should already know what type of discipline is required from you.
- Grammar and spelling is a must, if you cannot give clear orders then you will not be an effective leader. As long as your sentences make sense, and you fix any spelling mistakes you make, you will be fine.
- HRs are to follow the orders of their superiors. For example, Colonel’s answer to Brig.Cols and above and Brig.Col’s answer to Generals and above and so on and so forth.
- High Ranks of F.E.A.R are the epitome of our Nation, you are to uphold our values and rules to the best of your ability. This means arguments and petty troubles within our HR staff are not allowed. Take it to an external comm chat.
- High Ranks of F.E.A.R are required to host two events a week in order to maintain their rank. The events they host can be anything from training’s, raids, practice raids, or their own unique events. The only time this rule is excused is during wartime when all efforts must be focused on the war.
- Any HR who does not maintain their quota of two events a week will be dealt a warning. If it continues to happen they will be suspended for one week’s time. If it continues after this, it is obvious they can no longer continue their roles as an HR.
- Treason as an HR is immediate grounds for blacklist. This should be self-explanatory.
No packages as an HR of F.E.A.R. You can wear them off-duty, but while on-duty no packages are allowed.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
F.E.A.R General group rules 2017
This thread contains the F.E.A.R general group rules, such as on duty and off duty status, the wall, and what is required at certain ranks.
The wall
As an enlist you cannot view or post on the wall. You must do the initiation obby in order to get promoted to Private, then you may view and post on the wall. This obby can be found in the group games tab or by following this link here: [F.E.A.R] Initiation Obby - Roblox
- No advertising on the wall. Advertising includes but is not limited to: asking people to join your group, or an accomplices group, asking people to buy your product or an accomplices product, promoting a game, or an accomplices game.
- No spamming on the wall. Spamming is when something is repeated consistently when it should’ve just been done once. Spamming does not mean you cannot post more than one comment on the wall if the comment is legit, there is no problem at all.
- No arguments on the wall. If you have a problem with a member or even an HR for that matter, contact them privately. Do not initiate fights on the wall, all comments will be removed and demotion to the parties involved will be issued.
- Do not ask for promotions. To keep it short, if you beg for promotions, you will receive a demotion. You earn your promotions, you are not given them. Promotion begging on the wall, or anywhere in general, is not allowed.
- Any threats against F.E.A.R or its members on the wall is prohibited. Anyone found threatening F.E.A.R or its members will be dealt with immediately.
Uniform
Any person who owns the uniform is required to wear it at every group event. Failure to do so will result in a halt in further promotions.
- No person can proceed past the rank of Major without acquiring the group uniform.
- If you’re at the rank of Sergeant, or further along, you may receive funds for the uniform. In order to receive funds contact the leader of F.E.A.R or any Entrusted General.
- No unofficial versions of the F.E.A.R uniform. Anything not in the group store is considered unofficial.
- If you are found in possession of the group uniform and are using it for your own personal agenda, you will be demoted immediately. The F.E.A.R uniform is for F.E.A.R purposes and no one else.
- Only the current version of the F.E.A.R uniform is allowed to be worn. Refer to rule 4 of the uniform rules.
On duty and Off duty
Wearing the group uniform is a symbol of all we stand for. If you are wearing the uniform, you are on duty. What you do reflects on us.
- When you are at a F.E.A.R event, you are on duty. (This does not count towards game nights.)
- If you are active in any external communications while an event is going on, you are on duty. If no event is going on, you’re off-duty and only have to follow the external communications rules.
- You are off-duty whenever you’re doing any non-F.E.A.R related things.
Miscellaneous
If you are at another group’s event or at a ROBLOX game while a raid is happening, you will be demoted without question. A battle cannot be won without people to fight it.Majors and above are allowed to co-host training’s and rallies. Co-hosts are there to help maintain order, they are not allowed any admin above temporary mod. All a co-host does is help the host with organization.
Examples of co-host duties:
-Maintaining order in the lobby to make sure things like lobby-killing do not happen.
-Moderating team-chat to make sure the members aren’t doing anything against the rules.
-Helping new members with any questions they have.
-Dealing with any interruptions that may arise.
If you receive funds for the uniform, you have 24 hours to purchase it before you are exiled. F.E.A.R is not a piggy bank, if you receive funds for the uniform then we expect you to use those funds to buy the uniform and nothing else.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
F.E.A.R Departments and Heads
The departments and heads take care of many of the dealings that the group has. Think of them as the front-line managers in a business, they are the first to take care of a situation when the need arises. There are many departments within F.E.A.R, this thread will list only a few of them.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
Department of Development
The Department of Development deals with F.E.A.R’s technology. Any new technology being added for the use of F.E.A.R is processed and inspected by the Head of this department. The Department of Development also deals with creating new technology and developing new things for the group, always making sure there is something new for our members to enjoy.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
Head of External Affairs
The Head of External Affairs deals with issues of war, alliances, and some raid requests. If a group would like to declare war against F.E.A.R, that group must first contact the Head of External Affairs to make sure they meet the requirements to war F.E.A.R. The end decision for war falls to the leader of F.E.A.R, but the Head of External Affairs is the first to inspect it.
Any group wishing to start an alliance with F.E.A.R must also contact the Head of External Affairs in order to make sure they meet the requirements to affiliate themselves with us.
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀
Head of Internal Affairs
The Head of Internal Affairs deals with any issues that affect the group internally. They investigate incidents and watch over the other department heads and High Ranks of F.E.A.R to make sure everything is being done right and effectively. If a High Rank of F.E.A.R has an issue that they need help in solving, this is the person they should contact before they contact the leader (unless the leader happens to be the Head of Internal Affairs.)
⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀

This is the F.E.A.R Codex which all members of F.E.A.R are required to abide by.
