Low Rank Section
The information below are the basic mandatory guidelines the average F.E.A.R. member must follow. Though, it is suggested that you read through the rest of the CODEX if you wish to have a more broad understanding of how the clan operates.
General Group-Wide Rules
Every clan has its own set of rules to ensure that everything functions properly. These are the basic rules every member must follow. Following these rules will ensure a more productive environment for all of us.
The Wall
As an enlist you cannot view or post on the wall. You must complete the initiation obby in order to get promoted to Private, then you may view and post on the wall. This obby can be found in the group games tab or by following this link here: https://www.roblox.com/games/519569575/F-E-A-R-Initiation-Obby
- No advertising. Advertising includes but is not limited to: asking people to join your group, or an accomplices group, asking people to buy your product or an accomplices product, promoting a game, or an accomplices game.
- No spamming on the wall. Spamming is when something is repeated consistently when it should’ve just been done once. Spamming does not mean you cannot post more than one comment on the wall if the comment is legit, there is no problem at all.
- No arguments on the wall. If you have a problem with a member or even an HR for that matter, contact them privately. Do not initiate fights on the wall, all comments will be removed and demotion to the parties involved will be issued.
- Do not ask for promotions. To keep it short, if you beg for promotions, you will receive a demotion. You earn your promotions, you are not given them. Promotion begging on the wall, or anywhere in general, is not allowed.
- Any threats against F.E.A.R or its members on the wall is prohibited. Anyone found threatening F.E.A.R or its members will be dealt with immediately.
Uniform
- Any person who owns the uniform is required to wear it at every on-duty event. Failure to do so will result in a halt in further promotions.
- No person can proceed past the rank of Major without acquiring the group uniform.
- If you’re at the rank of Sergeant, or further along, you may receive funds for the uniform. In order to receive funds contact the leader of F.E.A.R or any Entrusted General.
- No unofficial versions of the F.E.A.R/ F.E.A.R divisional uniform. Anything not in the group store is considered unofficial.
- If you are found in possession of the group uniform and are using it for your own personal agenda, you will be exiled immediately and the stolen asset will be reported. The F.E.A.R uniform is for F.E.A.R purposes and no one else’s.
- Only the current version of the F.E.A.R uniform is allowed to be worn. Refer to rule 4 of the uniform rules.
- If you receive funds for the uniform, you have 24 hours to purchase it before you are exiled. F.E.A.R is not a piggy bank, if you receive funds for the uniform then we expect you to use those funds to buy the uniform and nothing else.
On Duty and Off Duty
- Wearing the group uniform is a symbol of all we stand for. If you are wearing the uniform, you are on duty. What you do reflects on us.
- When you are at a F.E.A.R event, you are on duty. (This does not count towards game nights.)
- If you are active in any external communications while an event is going on, you are on duty. If no event is going on, you’re off-duty and only have to follow the external communications rules.
- You are off-duty whenever you’re doing any non-F.E.A.R related things.
Miscellaneous
- If you are on a ROBLOX game while a war raid is happening, you are expected to attend at the best of your ability. There is no fight without a force to back each side.
- You may not ditch events for a ROBLOX game or another group’s events. You must ask permission from a HR if you may be dismissed, they will deem your scenario as appropriate for dismissal if it is appropriate.
- Majors and above are allowed to co-host a training. Co-hosts are there to help maintain order, they are not allowed any admin above temporary mod. All a co-host does is help the host with organization. Examples of co-host duties:
- Maintaining order in the lobby to make sure things like lobby-killing do not happen.
- Moderating team-chat to make sure the members aren’t doing anything against the rules.
- Helping new members with any questions they have.
- Dealing with any interruptions that may arise.
- No advertising. Read rule #1 for “the wall.” Same rule applies across the whole of the group.
Training Rules/ Guidelines
Our events have standards and expectations from the average member. If you are found to be constantly at odds with the rules of trainings/practice raids, you will have issues getting a promotion.
- Be respectful and mature.
- Do not interrupt the host or event with irrelevant actions or questions.
- Be ready to learn, not to play around. Trainings are not hang-out events. Go to learn and to improve yourself and your comrades.
- If you need to go AFK, excuse yourself with the host or a nearby HR with a brief explanation and leave the server. Come back when you are available.
- Lobby-killing or unauthorized killings will result in a warn, kick then ban if continued. Demotion is also a possibility depending on the gravity of the situation.
- Disrespect towards the host or other members in the server will result in your removal from the server.
- Give constructive criticism to your peers if you believe it will help. Do your best, and always strive to do better than before. This is a surefire way to get recognized and earn a promotion.
- Do not whisper or team-chat in training’s in an effort to disrupt the event.
- It’s all about image. Meaning your uniform is absolutely mandatory at training’s. The FEAR casual outfit located in the store is also acceptable. Any divisional outfits are also allowed, however, that means you would be representing the division.
Raid Rules/ Guidelines
Sometimes during raids there are extra steps we must take to ensure that victory is possible. Without order in our offenses/defenses, we cannot expect to win anything.
- Uniform is mandatory.
- Speaking outside of team-chat is not allowed unless authorized by the commanding officer. Unless stated otherwise, do not speak outside of TC.
- Switching teams is not allowed.
- If you need to go AFK, let the commanding officer or a nearby HR know and provide a brief reason. If you will be gone for more than 10 minutes and the server is full, leave the server so that penders may join.
- Discord VC is now a must if available for you. You do not need to speak, but listen. We will allow exceptions if your internet is not performing well.
- Do not ignore orders.
- Do not leave assigned positions.
- Do not spawn kill, unless allowed by the enemy’s terms.
- Do not glitch unless allowed by the enemy’s terms.
- Address the commanding officer(s) with the right suffix. Either Sir or Ma’am if applicable. Anything else is not tolerated in events such as this.
- Following the raid plans that are given before the start of battle is mandatory.
- Flaming or trash talking the enemy is not allowed.
- Do not share battle plans with the enemy. This is grounds for blacklist on behalf of treason.
- Raiding upon the land of FEAR is not allowed. You may defend another clan, but you may not raid without permission.
External Communications Rules
This information is applied to those that use our Discord channel. Our Discord channel allows us to communicate efficiently as long as it is used properly. If you would like to be added to our Discord channel, you may ask a Colonel+ for access or look at our Social Tabs on the group page. You must be 13+ according to Roblox and Discord ToS
- All external communications such as discord, TeamSpeak, or official chat rooms of any kind, must be owned by the F.E.A.R HiCOM.
- Spamming within communication networks is only allowed by the HR’s of F.E.A.R in preparation for an official event. Spamming for an unofficial purpose(s) is not allowed. That goes for saying @everyone as well, only Colonel + may do it.
- When a raid or defense is happening, you are not to use the Discord. If you use the Discord during a raid/defense, that tells us that you are online and ready to assist in the event.
- The insertion of any F.E.A.R (or allied) member into any F.E.A.R external communications network, must be pre-approved, or done by, an HR.
- Arguing with the intent of doing harm within any F.E.A.R Communications network is strictly prohibited. Debates and friendly arguments are allowed. Name-calling, verbal abuse, insulting, etc with malicious intent is not allowed.
- Advertising any non-F.E.A.R related material, for the purpose of personal, or allied gain is not allowed.
- Belittling of the leader, group or its High Ranks with malicious intent is not allowed.
- The editing of information in any official communication networks, such as changing the name or icon, is only allowed by the F.E.A.R High Command.
- Visitors breaking rules will not be dealt with as leniently as our own members. It is a privilege for visitors to be in another clan’s Discord.
- We have certain terms/phrases banned in our discord. Read the list once you are given access to the channel.
- Drama and inappropriate talk is prohibited. Keep your problems and petty arguments to your DMs, and keep your mind elsewhere.
- You are to follow these rules in addition to those listed in within the discord itself.
Promotion System
Do you want to reach a higher rank than just Enlist? Make sure to thoroughly read this document so that you may advance through the ranks. Who knows, maybe you can reach a HR position.
Enlist
When you first join the group, you are considered an “Enlist”. What this means is that you have sent a request to the group and have been accepted. In order for you to be able to climb any further in ranks, you will need to complete the F.E.A.R Initiation Obby. This place can be found here: https://www.roblox.com/games/519569575/F-E-A-R-Initiation-Obby
Once you have completed the obstacle course and received the badge at the end of it, you must send a ROBLOX message to anyone who is the rank of Colonel or Above. This message should state that you have completed the course and received the badge. You will then be promoted to Private.
LR to MR
Once you reach Private you are considered an LR. A lower ranked soldier of our great nation. In order to move even further, you must participate in group events. These events include but are not limited to trainings and raids. Not every event will grant you a promotion, you must work for it. Do well in these events and you will be recognized by the HR’s of F.E.A.R. This is how you receive promotions.
Major to Military Officer
Once you reach the rank of [MR] Major, you must complete the Major Obstacle Course and receive the badge at the end. Once you receive the badge, you may partake in the monthly MO Tournaments to become HR.

NOTE: Only mobile members can access the mobile version of the Major Obstacle Course.
Recruitment System
The current recruitment system allows members to have an alternative way of earning a promotion while getting the clan more members. For the member to receive this promotion, they must recruit 3 individuals. This system allows the recruiting individual to obtain only 1 promotion through the act of recruiting, and may only grant them a promotion to another LR rank. Each recruited individual must attend a training beside the recruiter as a means to prove it is not an alt. High ranks are not to verify this as a new recruited member if suspicions of the recruited individual being an alt operating on a separate device arise. Lastly, each of the recruited individuals must reach Corporal to ensure the individual does not simply leave right after helping their friend receive a promotion.
For the recruiter to receive the promotion, they must save a screenshot of them standing next to the recruited individual along with proof of said individual being at least a Corporal whether it be via in-game leaderboard or the group page. Once this information is gathered for 3 individuals, they may send this information to a HR to receive a promotion.
Demotions
If you have been demoted 3 times within a week, you will be exiled from the group. Those who have been exiled from the group 3 times within a 6 month period will be blacklisted. If you are a good behaving member, this is not an issue. This system will only be that big of a deal towards members who purposely go out of their way to misbehave.
NOTE: This promotion guide covers the steps involved in going from Enlist to Colonel within F.E.A.R. If you wish to know how to be promoted even further, refer to the HR promotion system.

High Rank Section
The High Rank Council of F.E.A.R. has a strict set of rules that it must abide by as to ensure everything in F.E.A.R. runs smoothly. High ranks must read this entire document and have an advanced understanding of the CODEX if they wish to fulfill their responsibilities correctly.
General HR Rules
High ranks represent the entire clan. These extra set of rules placed upon them are to ensure they represent the clan with dignity. The rules and guidelines in this thread are absolute, no High Rank is above these tenants.
Uniforms
- Uniform is a mandatory requirement for a High Rank, unless you are an Honorary HR (in which case these rules do not apply to you). You are only to wear the current version of the HR uniform. On that note, only the HR uniform is allowed to be worn by HRs.
- Custom uniforms need to be approved by a member of the HiCOM before they can be worn. Customs will only be approved if the High Rank is of the rank of General+.
- Entrusted Generals need to have the Commander approve their uniforms, they may not approve their own custom uniforms themselves.
Admin
- Admin abuse, or AA, is not allowed by any High-Rank within F.E.A.R. The best way to avoid this is to not use admin unless absolutely necessary.
- Admin usage by non-hosts should be kept at a bare minimum, and only used constantly if the host asks for it.
Meetings
- The HRs of F.E.A.R convene in bi-weekly meetings. If you miss three of these meetings in a row, you will be suspended for two weeks. If inactivity continues, your demotion will be permanent. Probation details are in the pinned messages of the Discord HR chatroom. An exception can be made for HRs who do not live in traditional F.E.A.R. time zones from PST to EST.
- The highest form of discipline and maturity is required at all meetings via Discord or ROBLOX alike.
- Interrupting someone while they are explaining their topic is not allowed.
- Belittling someone by calling them names such as “idiot” because you disagree with their topic is not allowed.
- Respectful behavior is required at meetings.
Discipline/Maturity
- Discipline is mandatory within the HR staff. Discipline comes in many different forms, as a High rank, you should already know what type of discipline is required from you.
- Grammar and spelling is a must, if you cannot give clear orders then you will not be an effective leader. As long as your sentences make sense, and you fix any spelling mistakes you make, you will be fine.
Rank Specific Rules
- Colonels. The rank of Colonel is the first rank in the chain of High Ranks, therefore, it only has the basic permissions for HR status. Permissions such as:
- Admin at the facilities.
- Change ranks of any lower ranked members.
- Can officially lead the FEAR troops in battle.
- Able to host trainings/raids without supervision.
- Able to partake in all HR events such as meetings and Discord discussions.
- No special Discord permissions.
- Brigadier Colonels. The second rank in the chain of High Ranks. This rank has the ability to do all that the Colonel rank can with minimal upgrades to permissions such as:
Slightly Higher Admin Privileges at all FEAR facilities.- Can issue orders in-game to anyone of the Colonel rank or below.
- Change ranks of any lower ranked members, Colonels included (if ordered by a HiCOM only.)
- Has higher authority when it comes to making decisions or overriding faulty decisions a Colonel made.
*No special Discord permissions.
- General. This is the third rank in the chain of High Ranks. This rank has all of the permissions the two other High Ranks before it does, with slight upgrades to its permissions:
- Slightly Higher Admin Privileges at all FEAR facilities.
- Can issue orders in-game to anyone of the Brigadier Colonel rank or below.
- Change ranks of any lower ranked members, Brig.Col and Colonels included (if ordered by a HiCOM only.)
- Has higher authority when it comes to making decisions or overriding faulty decisions a Brig.Col or below made.
- No special Discord permissions.
- May request the approval of a custom uniform.
- Brigadier General. The first rank of the HiCOM ranks. This rank can do everything an HR can and more:
- Higher Admin Permission in all FEAR servers.
- Can shutdown any running FEAR server with the admin command.
- Has almost all admin commands at disposal.
- Can issue orders to lower HR ranks even in the Discord, with reason (there are limits.)
- Can participate in all HiCOM discussions, directly with the Commander and the IC’s.
- Takes part in issuing quotas and managing the organizational google sheets used by the FEAR Empire.
- No special Discord permissions that do not pertain to a HiCOM role.
- Entrusted General. The final rank before Commander, anyone in this rank may be considered one of the IC’s. Their permissions include:
- Owner Admin Privilege in all FEAR servers.
- Can issue orders to any HR or HiCOM member below their rank or title. (A title would be like Second in Command.)
- Can shutdown any FEAR server with or without being in the game.
- Directly involved in all non-executive decisions made in FEAR. (Executive meaning Commander-only decisions.)
- Can host meetings and make decisions in the absence of the Commander unless ordered otherwise.
- Can reverse any decision made by any member in the group other than the Commander or someone of a higher title. (Example: the third in command can’t overrule a decision made by the second in command even though they are in the same rank.)
- Can exile any member of FEAR within reason.
- Would be able to spend group funds if ROBLOX did not prohibit it.
- Can make executive decisions that don’t undermine the Commander’s authority.
- Is the acting leader of FEAR when no other IC’s are available. (If everyone but the third in command is offline, any temporary HiCOM decisions for the group fall to whichever other HiCOM member is online.)
- Can manage group relations, such as allies and enemies.
- Can manage the clan.
- Can edit all FEAR facilities.
- Can sell or remove from sale any FEAR merchandise.
- No special Discord permissions like moderator or anything like that.
- Discord Moderators. These people are not HR’s, therefore they have no authority anywhere other than Discord:
- Manages the Discord and keeps it organized.
- Can remove any member from the Discord that is breaking Discord rules. If a HR is breaking a rule, they may provide proof and request their removal through the power of a HiCOM.
- Can enforce any Discord rules on anyone.
- Are the most trusted people to run the Discord in a neutral manner.
- Have regular talks with the Commander and meet with him before making any major Discord decision.
- Can remove, edit or add channels in the Discord.
- Can create new Discord rules and remove old Discord rules with the approval of the Commander.
General HR Rules and Guidelines:
- Treason as an HR is immediate grounds for blacklist. This should be self-explanatory.
- No packages as an HR of F.E.A.R. You can wear them off-duty, but while on-duty no packages are allowed.
- Account sharing will result in immediate demotion to an LR rank.
- It is highly suggested that each high rank takes at least a week vacation each quarter to ensure they do not “burn themselves out”. This is not suggested for high ranks who have already been slacking, as this may lead to a wish for their demotion.
- Whereas multiple events at a time are allowed, a high rank must first ask permission from whoever first claimed that time if they may host an event at the same time as the original host. This does not apply to division events if said division events are comprised solely of members who are in said division.
HR Promotion System
The High Ranks of F.E.A.R have their own promotion system. The road does not end at the rank of Colonel. Once you have reached the rank of Colonel, you go by an entirely different set of rules and guidelines. You may be thinking “how do I go even further in ranks?” this is the official HR Promotion system which F.E.A.R uses.
Colonels
For a colonel to get any higher, they must prove themselves to be dedicated members. Here are some of the requirements needed for a Colonel to be promoted:
- A HiCOM must bring up the promotion topic.
- Must be a HR for at least a month.
- Has not had severe activity issues while being an HR.
- Has not had any disciplinary actions taken against them in the past month.
- Must have 1 point. (1 raid/defense win or 2 successful PR with ally wins)
- Note: This only qualifies the Colonel for a promotion, it does not guarantee them a promotion. The promotion topic will be spoken of during a meeting.
Brig Colonels+
In order for you to be promoted as an HR, you must show that you can lead the F.E.A.R troops in battle. Of course, you must also show that you can train them and maintain activity within the group, but the main focus is how well you lead our troops in battle.
There is a set number of victories required for each HR rank in order to be promoted. Each victory you get in battle grants you a “point.” The following list indicates a number of points required for each rank in order to be promoted:
- Brig.Col to General: 3 points
- General to Brig.Gen: 10 points
- Brig.Gen to Entrusted General: 20 points.
Points
Acquiring points is simple, but the difficulty level depends on you and your own skill at leading. The only way to acquire points is by leading defenses and raids alike. The following list indicates the only scenarios that grant you points and how many points each scenario grants you:
- Leading and winning a raid against another non-allied group: 1 point (Non-war); +.25 if flawlessed.
- Leading and winning a defense against another non-allied group: 1 point (Non-war)
- Leading and winning a practice raid against an allied group (at their fort) : .5 points
- Leading and winning a practice raid (at our own fort) against an allied group: .5 points (Screenshots of the admin logs must be provided to the leader of F.E.A.R as evidence that no foul play happened.)
- Leading and winning a raid against an enemy group at which we are at war with: 2 points (WAR)
- Leading and winning a defense against an enemy group at which we are war with: 1.5 points (WAR)
These are the only ways you can go about acquiring points. Let it be known that if you are not leading the soldiers of F.E.A.R, you will not receive any points. This means that even if you are hosting the raid/defense, but someone else is doing the leading for you, that person will be the one to get the points and not you.
At the same time, if you are an HR and you believe someone has received points wrongly, you have 24 hours to bring it up to the HR’s with evidence suggesting that the HR in question did not do a good job leading, or didn’t lead at all. At this point the HR’s will convene and go over the evidence provided to determine a solution for the situation.
Losing raids/defenses does not affect the amount of points you have. However, being an unreasonable person can cause deduction of points if the HR council decides to do so.
Now, you may be wondering, what’s the point in going higher in ranks? If I can already lead the troops of F.E.A.R as a Colonel, why do I need to go higher?
Well then, why go higher in position at your job when you can stay doing the same work for the same pay? Acquiring higher ranks within F.E.A.R has its privileges and different responsibilities. Reaching the rank of Colonel is but a stepping stone in your F.E.A.R career.
As an HR, you should always be striving to better yourself. Reaching higher ranks grants you more power, responsibility, and respect. Some examples of different power:
- Higher ranks get higher admin powers at F.E.A.R Places
- Higher ranks get to hand out orders to lower ranked Officers
- Higher ranks get different privileges in External FEAR Communications
- Those who reach Brig.Gen and above command the whole group and have the privilege of accessing things like FEAR places and configuring the group store.
On top of all that, higher ranks are more likely to be picked for special jobs like the department heads. Some of the existing departments include: Department of Development, Department of Discipline, Department of Training’s, etc.
Department Heads
Certain aspects of the group are controlled by specific individuals. HRs and LRs alike are to address these people about issues if it is in regard to their department. Though these individuals have command over their department, all it takes is a HR meeting to overrule them in that topic.

Commander Guidelines
The following rules are to be followed to ensure leadership is not corrupted.
- The leader at the time may not edit these rules without the approval of a ⅔ HR Council vote. THIS INCLUDES FUTURE LEADERS.
- Leaders may not dismiss meeting topics without reason that is accepted by the HR Council.
- A leader may not pass down leadership to anyone that is not a HiCOM member. The only exception to this rule is if there is no HiCOM member to pass it down to.
- A leader may only give leadership to someone who has been in F.E.A.R. for at least 2 years.
- A leader may only receive the ex-leader role upon retiring if they lead for over 6 months.
- A leader must always have a backup file for important FEAR documents and other assets.
- An ex-leader giving away sensitive information of past operations will be blacklisted.
- The leader must open up a traditional phone/text line with the 2ic of the time to ensure communication between the two in emergency scenarios.
- Each leader of F.E.A.R shall receive an endless amount of 1 year terms. After a leader has served for 1 year, all of the HRs will vote on whether or not they wish to have the current leader stay in their position. A ⅔ vote is required to oust a leader. A leader may retire at any given time, they are not needed to complete a full term before retirement.
