Featured Listing on Xbox is not randomized anymore - it seems to be sorted by submission date which is a bit unfair when it comes to the exposure the Featured provides.
This applies both to the “Home” tab and when browsing the Xbox Featured Games.
This should not be a cache issue since it has been the same for days as far as I can tell.
