Feeback on my playground game. Surreal Playground

There’s a time where i randomly play a game “Super nostalgic zone”, searching for spesific place called the heights. Now, as a person that fan with the concept of “exploring the surreal mess with plenty of prop surprise and unique mechanic” with “nostalgia vibe” (Even thought i admit, me myself isn’t a veteran on roblox). That place picked up my interest quite deeply and inspire me to make my own place with similar concept.

After few works. I finally created the game of my own, althought not fully finished. But the game is ready to eat few or several feedback.

I present :

click it, you must click it!

Quick recap of what the game is all about : Basically a bunch of platform clustered on top of modified baseplate. Designed to be simplistic, but with moderate-complex mechanic. It also use Future lighting because we never got tired of those!

The gameplay is just you explore around the place, take it like a showcase game, where all you do is just walk. But not just that! Some place feature unique (or not-so-unique) mechanic that include constraint. Or just script trick that could make door flicker. Take a tour around the place to see if any of those placepoint could interest you. Oh, did i just said ‘interest’? That’s right, if you ever somehow feel concerned. You can try my revolutive invention by pressing “Q” on your keyboard. It’ll spawn bunch of arrow pointing you to the every spot that i flagged as interesting tourist spot. Of course in a cool way. Too bad mobile player can’t use this feature. Because currently, i can’t script a compatible UserInput for wide-range device.

To give a nice touch and little twist. Every player is equipped with harmful sword and harmless bomb. Quite a pair i said, but it could server a nice toy if you’re bored, and i need to put desperate gameplay so the game is as monotone as it already seems. Although as cool as the game seems. It doesn’t have any secret to discover…yet

Here’s some photo of the game captured finely in the studio because for some reason i can’t activate FreeCamera in live play :

(Yea, the place looks like motherboard from top view doesn’t it?)

As you can see. The game isn’t fully finished yet. But it would be nice if i can hear some review from what’s already done, and feedback of what should i add, or a critic of what i did wrong.

Have fun!
