How is it shaming colorblind people?

What more is there to add, like you said itā€™s a staircase. Not a staircase with an obby, a stairs case. Also as the title says, itā€™s feedback on your new game, and what feedback could you give to a literal staircase.

Itā€™s a joke.

Is this made by a 6 year old? How do you call this a game? Donā€™t use the ā€œWhatā€™d you expectā€ on me, Im very honest and this is bad. I donā€™t even know why you made this post. For the drama? Maybe because youā€™re bored? I honestly donā€™t know.

Edit: if any mod sees this please make this thread locked, its useless and shouldnā€™t be bumped up constantly (sorry for the hypocracy)

Edit edit: A other game he ā€œā€""ā€œMadeā€"""" is this game:a literal baseplate - Roblox
These are actual insults to hard working developers and good games that get no attention

That can be fixed within minutes by cloning the stairs model a few times. About the floating part issue, you can size each partā€™s Y to the max, and then just move it down where it looks correct. Itā€™s not that hard. Really, stop trying to act like you put any sort of effort into this game

Easy fix made within 3 minutes

Can you not be so rude? What if this is his first game? He put some effort into this game by making the idea.

Explain how its a cashgrab game

I did say this in my first post:

And then he called it ā€œbad feedbackā€ which made me a bit angry. I am still questioning what feedback he was expecting about a game where you walk upstairs lmao. When you are asking for feedback, you should expect there to be some negativity, no?

This could easily blow up just like those other poorly made games (limited time, many simulator games, etc). Even if he doesnā€™t have anything to buy in the game, you can still make a ton from Premium payouts. Also, when he first made it, he apparently had a donation board up which is something

Anyways, I am going to be muting this thread as I donā€™t feel like there is a point to argue. Good luck with your game, I guess.

, I Agree that this post has gone on for too long, I didnā€™t expect it to go this big, and since 60% of the people just disliked the game, and didnā€™t give me support, Iā€™ll be stopping this game, since a game with under 60% like ratio, people donā€™t usually play, I donā€™t think Iā€™ll ever ask you guys for help again, because it just resolves in a bunch of dislikes.

Why are you reposting this so it bumps up to the top? (sorry for the irony)

You said it yourself, you agree that this post has gone on for too long.

10/10. Could do with some more detail but other than that, itā€™s an accurate representation of the games name.

This has to be a joke.

Itā€™s just a stairway, so there is no feedback needed here. Itā€™s not bad, but just, why make a game like this.

This is thought to be an effortless game, expect criticism from those. Your profile says youā€™re a builder, so why not build something cool and post THAT? I like seeing cool builds here, and many do too. Or, if you really want to make this, get rid of the free models, and learn to script! Make it cooler and unique. Wherever each of us are right now, to get to here, we didnā€™t drag-drop free models. It resolves in a bunch of dislikes because, well, most people think that your game is bad. ā€œdisliked gameā€ is disliked, there is nothing more to that.

Donā€™t take disliking personally, it just means that people think that your game is bad. It doesnā€™t mean anything like ā€œoH mY gOd ThIs GaMeā€™S cReAtOr LaCkS a BrAiN bEcAuSe ThIs Is SuCh A sTuPiD gAmEā€. A lot of dislikes might make you feel like that, but it wouldnā€™t be the case. Plus, there is no objectively good game. Each person has their own opinions.

I tried to have a more neutral tone, sorry if I leaned towards being rude.

This is correct. Many small developers cry over 5 dislikes on their game, thinking nobody will play it, with a 90% like to dislike ratio. On the other hand, bigger developers with 15k+ players on their game every day, whilst having 10k dislikes, with a 80% like to dislike ratio.

To smaller developers, it is ok to have dislikes on your game, on one hand you might feel bad and you failed to meet their expectations, and on another hand it could make you think ā€œHmmm, what did I do wrongā€, find the mistake, and become a better game.

What is there to rate? The staircase is there, but thats quite literally it. 1/10 because its ā€œfunnyā€, but accounting for the gameplay, decoration, and game design its probably a 0/10 for me

This is literally what he expected to happen to him when he made this game lol.

I think you have to take criticism objectively, otherwise you will never improve ā€¦
And weā€™re not rude, weā€™re honest, and honestly itā€™s a really cool idea but the game lacks a lot of things ā€¦
I hope that was helpful for you and I would like to see the game improve!
Have a nice day !
