I don’t see how they are too close. I understand that they are pretty close you could look at TurtlesUnkown’s recommendation and they have similar spacing

It looks really old like 2011 kind of building. Make it more rounder and add more details possibly?

I would suggest scaling it with an NBC and a “dummy” model (the actual size of a roblox character). It looks to wide and not aligned. Some tips I would suggest are using the Duplicate and changing the scale rate
Looks like a perfectly normal ladder.
I reccomend though that you add nails on the side of the ladder, to add a tad bit of detail.
I don’t really know how to judge a ladder. I guess it just looks like a good ladder.

Great job on the ladder! Whether it’s good or not isn’t objective and naturally depends on the style of the scene you are including the ladder in. I will say that it’s certainly a good start if you are a beginner, but I have some improvements I’ll suggest for you. Here they are:

Seems a bit wide
The ladder seems a bit wide relative to it’s height, but this might be a design choice of yours for all I know. Once again it depends what you are using it for. -
The parts are a bit boring
This might be because of the angle, but it seems that all of the parts have the same width. Try experimenting with different types of parts such as cylinders (which got mentioned above), or making the center parts slimmer and placing them infront of the side parts (nailed to them). This is how many real ladders look and would make the ladder “pop” out more. Otherwise you can try adding small details if you want, just look at pictures of ladders and emulate any eye-catching details. -
Maybe give it a more randomized look?
If you look at one of the posts above which is a real 3D-model made outside of Roblox Studio, you can see that the ladder looks a bit more natural and “random”. If you’re aiming for this, you could try rotating the parts in the center in a similar fashion to the corresponding parts on that picture. You could also make some parts slightly different sizes aswell.

As I can see, you’re a beginner. Keep practicing, and who knows, maybe you’ll achieve something huge. I also remember my first props made in Roblox Studio, that was fun. Now, after lots of projects, I can do advanced realistic builds. It all depends on time.

Looks very nice! looks basic for beginners.
To be honest its nice and simple though I’d prefer a change in the wood texture to make the ladder better because to be honest the brown color alone looks dull.
It’s more better for a ladder to have a descent wood texture.
Well, it’s a bit simple, for better quality try to use cylinders and maybe add small details, like small unions on each side.
It looks a bit “bland,” You should try and make something kind of realistic that isn’t to wide but able to fit a robloxian body on to it, a example of a speed build I just did is

We might need a little more information.
I have to know what style you’re trying to achieve. Is it a simple OG Roblox style, is it maybe something else. Because there’s so many things you can do with that ladder, you can smooth out the edges, you can make it rounder, you can add wedges and meshes to it, you can make anything, it really just depends on the style you’re trying to achieve.
But things you can do with it, is of course add little details like splinters if It’s a wooden one, or screws, something similar to @ImAl_ex’s build

You need to make the blocks inside it (those that you mostly use to climb) smaller because they are too big and are making the Ladder look like a crosswalk sign placed vertically. The rest is ok but, if you are wondering if I am right, I saw many wooden ladders in my life.

If I were building it I would make the middle bits (steps) a bit thinner so it wouldn’t be the same size as the side rails ( if that makes sense )
And for the side rails I would make them slightly more skinnier with a slight curve on the top
And change around the colors such as making the steps a slightly darker shade than the side rails

It’s a bit too small and big. Like it only has 4 steps and it’s really bulky, you should add more steps to t and make it less bulky. Also if you see very closely at the bottom two aren’t as big as the other two.
