Hello!
I want to create a really cool lobby for my tower defense game, but I’m having a lot of trouble with ideas for the lobby. It’s pretty empty right now, but I don’t really know what to add. (the lobby is inspired by club penguin box dimensions)

Add like some pillars or floating ruins.
Maybe some NPCs just chilling would b cool.
Oh, and add a base for a shop.

Maybe add some mini games like Pong to play while in the lobby. Maybe also add signs that explain how the game is played for newcomers. You could also add some towers from your game around the map.
I don’t really think adding Pong as a minigame in the lobby would fit in well, but I’ll definitely use towers as NPCs to interact with.
I made some changes with your suggestions and got this result. What do you think? Is there anything I could improve or add? (I haven’t added NPCs yet)

Maybe you could add a small obby?
