So this was an old build of a Cafe I developed in early 2019 and I was deciding on selling it, I just want to hear from the forum on a price estimate and feedback on this old Cafe.
I do want to warn as this building used to be empty and I decided to add some filler furniture I made.
It’s currently on-sale as of now, i’ll continue to update the posting in that section of the forum when the estimations either go lower or higher in this post.
If you are selling the building alone, then I think 10K is reasonable. If you are selling the whole place (world) then this could to above 20K. The limit would be 30K.
I in no way intend to devalue your work as it does look amazing. I just feel that for the map alone (No scripting or tools as noted in your other post), it should not exceed 20k for the pricing.
Yeah, I do actually agree because I thought 30k is a lot, as this would be my first time selling I want to get some estimations and see how my work holds up in the community so I’m basing it off estimations at the moment.

The cafe looks really good on the exterior! Good Job! However, on the inside, (Pictures 3, 4, 5) the interior has a lot of empty spaces that makes it look bland. However, the whole build, (Picture 7) looks stunning. I feel that you can ask for 25k with the current build. However, I feel that if you fix the interior’s blank space, you can sell it for up to 35-37k.
