Hello developers!
I wanted to expand my development skills instead of just doing UIs, so I tried learning how to model.
I just completed my first one and I was wondering if I could receive feedback, and maybe some tips.
Thank you.

The planks at the bottom look nice but the poles connecting to each other are weird there’s a plugin on Roblox that makes fences maybe you could use that to make your build look better than it already is!
Thanks for the feedback . Do you know the name of the plugin?
Nice work on the bridge model! I’d suggest to remember about smooth shading (better control with Normals > Auto Smooth) if you’re going for a mid-high poly look. Also keep optimization in mind, I like the detail however try not to go overkill above 2-3k tris if your model is big. Try lowering the triangle count too sometimes.
The only other thing I’d suggest is to not make the fences go all the way downwards (It looks awkward) and maybe lower the thickness on the poles. Using the Shrink/Fatten tool (Alt + S) shouldn’t be too much of an issue for your poles, however you likely will have to readjust the geometry. Another alternative I see here is to slightly reduce the radius of your spheres and cylinders, and adjust accordingly.
Blender has a Boolean modifier that allows you to union, subtract, and/or intersect two models together. (Be careful with the union option, it doesn’t always look good) I personally like the subtract option, as it allows to easily create holes in meshes and looks good in most cases.
Thank you so much! I will try this.
Okay, I’ll try that. Thank you for the tips and feedback.
