The blue guys torso and legs are looking pretty chubby compared to the arms

This piece of artwork overall is okay. Some things you should work on is shading and proper proportions.

The legs look a little smaller than the arms, and is a little bit long in length. I recommend you fix these proportions to make your character look more “realistic”.

Shading can also be something you could work on. Maybe add more highlights and shadows to make your character feel more like they are in a certain environment.

I really like the style in this artwork although.
