I have been currently working on a conference room and I would like some feedback on what I can improve.

Lighter shades of brown I guess. Also, more ceiling lights would make it look better in my opinion.

I think your conference room looks good but,
I think you gotta put more ceiling lights as @Tyntx said. And I think you can try to make the lightning ShadowMap instead of Voxel to make it look more realistic and last of all I think you can try to make the bricks concerete instead. But other than these you did a great job to me. 
Looks good but the walls make it look like a underground cave. Not the best feeling for a conference room. It looks great overall though, I hope you keep the great work up
